- Consider alternative sourcing channels
- Talk to the hiring manager and recommend finding a candidate that can be trained to reach the required skill set

Also, you can lower the minimum requirements or swap the education with years of experience or vice versa.
For example, if you are looking for master’s degree holder with 2 years, you can swap that with Bachelor’s degree and 4 years.
